Work-related personal mobility

Reporting obligation

Does your organization have more than 100 employees? Then, as of July 1, 2024, you are required to report work-related mobility to the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO). Are you still looking for a supporting system for reporting? Brainport Bereikbaar can help you.

The obligation to report work-related mobility is part of the Climate Agreement, which aims to reduce CO2 emissions by 1.5 megatons by 2030. As an employer, you are expected to report both business trips and commuting kilometers. You do not have to include private kilometers, gray license plates and transport by emergency services. More information about the reporting obligation can be found at the RVO.
