Prizes cannot be exchanged for money and can be redeemed in 2023 after the winner has been announced. The competition runs from November 11 to 18, 2023 and we will announce the winner no later than November 30. After this date, the winner will be announced on the social media pages of GLOW Eindhoven (Facebook and Instagram). The winner will also receive a personal message via social media DM. Promotion conditions:

Participation is free of charge and without obligation to purchase goods or services. By participating in this competition, the user accepts these general terms and conditions. Only one entry per social media account is valid per participant. Brainport Bereikbaar reserves the right to disqualify a participant at any time without giving reasons or to refuse participation, or not to pay out prizes, for example in the event that a participant violates one of these general terms and conditions, attempts to participate in the promotion. manipulate or attempt to influence the action in any other unlawful way.

The prize is personal and is in the name of the winner. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or payable in cash or for other products or services. If you refuse or do not accept the prize or the conditions attached to the competition, the prize will not be paid out. Brainport Bereikbaar is then entitled to draw another winner.
Only prizes that are described in the competition can be won or - in the event of unforeseen circumstances - an alternative prize will be determined by Brainport Bereikbaar. The winner will be chosen by Brainport Bereikbaar through a draw from all participants. The result cannot be influenced by multiple participation and no correspondence can be entered into about the result.
If Brainport Bereikbaar needs address details or other specific information, it is the responsibility of the prize winner to respond quickly (via social media or e-mail) (within three days). If the prize winner responds later, Brainport Bereikbaar cannot guarantee that the winner will receive the prize on time or be able to redeem the prize in full.
