BZOB now accessible by bus!

From 29 October, the BZOB site will also be easily accessible by public transport. Bus line 320 will then run every day between Helmond station and Someren and Asten to a new bus stop on the business park.

The BZOB site offers space to many companies, employees and students. Until now, the site was mainly easily accessible by car, accessibility by public transport was limited. Bus line 320 changes that by driving back and forth daily from Helmond station and from the direction of Someren and Asten to the business park. This is a solution for interns, graduates and new employees, but also for current employees. For those who need to be further away on the site, shared bicycles are available at the new bus stop. The municipality of Helmond is also working on realizing safe walking routes on the business park as soon as possible.

Ideal connection

The parties involved hope that many people will use the new bus service. "This line is an initiative of the Municipality of Helmond, Brainport Bereikbaar, Stichting Bedrijventerrein Helmond (SBH) and transport company Hermes", says Audrey van den Broek (SBH). "Together we are working on solutions to make the BZOB site more accessible. Bus line 320 is an important step forward in this respect and we are very happy with it. That is why there will soon be a trial campaign with which people who work at BZOB can experience the new bus service."
