Live feedback during collective transport test drives

How do you find out what a traveler really needs to travel differently? Simple, by letting him experience it and asking him questions! That is why we are conducting research into a collective transport solution to the RUN through test drives.

During test drives we collect live information from travelers and process it in order to improve. After each ride we discuss the feedback with the multidisciplinary team so that we can immediately promise improvements for subsequent tests. Until we have developed a product together that travelers like to use!
